Skilled worker sponsorship

Applications from job seekers who require skilled worker sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. The Recruitment Team will make a decision on eligibility based on current UKVI guidelines for successful applicants during pre-employment checks.

Health and care visa

Many of our healthcare roles will be eligible for the health and care subset of the skilled worker visa, which carries a minimum salary of £25,000. An overview of the eligible roles is available on the GOV.UK website.

Recent visa changes

From 22nd July 2025, roles must meet the skill requirement of RQF level 6 (equivalent to degree level) to be eligible for a skilled worker visa. Some roles below this skill level have been added to the immigration salary list and are currently still eligible for sponsorship, however dependant’s applications are not supported in roles at RQF level 3 – 5.

Skilled worker visa

All non-clinical roles will be required to fulfil the requirements of the standard skilled worker visa, with a minimum salary for the job role you are doing, the highest of:

  • £41,300 per year

  • or the going rate for the occupation

Applicants classified as new entrants, such as current holders of student or graduate visas, may be eligible for reduced salary levels.
